BUT, before going any further tell us if Biden is right or wrong concerning a bullet shot by an AR15 is five times faster than any other rifle.

BV is in the running for VP of his local Biden Fan Club.  Any negative words against Biden will hurt his chances.  Right now he has a slim lead, 5-4.
