Right, Richard Nixon who would have been convicted in a Senate impeachment trial had he not quit when the House voted overwhelmingly for impeachment.  He would have gone to prison for obstruction of justice had he not been pardoned for all possible future convictions by Gerald Ford, in exchange for his resignation.  It was a good deal for Ford, who might never have become president had Nixon gone to trial.  Yes...Richard Nixon, who committed treason in October 1968, just before his election, by contacting the government of South Vietnam during wartime and interfering with the Paris Peace talks which were headed for a resolution at the time.  This didn't come to light until some time after Nixon's death.  But there are tapes of LBJ on the phone with Everett Dirksen, both agreeing that it was treason. 

So Richard Nixon, is certainly Huey's second favorite President, but right there in the running with James Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, and Donald Trump for the worst chief executive in US history.
