You? No. But, I did spar with a woman once who was about your size. She was about 30-33 and my instructor's girl friend. Solid muscle. She was pretty hardcore about training. I didn't like sparring with her - she would go all out, which meant I would have to fight her like a man. If you went half-speed on her, she'd land a few hard kicks and possibly a nasty upper-cut on you before you knew it. She could take a punch too. The fastest, most vicious, ruthless, nastiest fighter I know with a shirt on looked like an average guy who was 10 years older than me. If I didn't know who he was and decided to threaten him, there's a good chance he'd be able to kill me. Give him a knife, and he'd surely win. It's actually quite humbling to realize that there are people that fight that good, that are that well trained and conditioned to kill people with their hands walking around out there.
