Prices for real estate rarely go down much, and there certainly will be no 77% drop in real estate prices in Miami.
The house flippers and the banks simply charge whatever the market will bear.
Colombia elected a leftist president, so we are likely to see a lot of super rich Colombians buying Miami area houses as some sort of investment, just as Venezuelans did 20 years ago.

I have no interest in buying or selling real estate. Every day, another call from some fool that wants to buy my house. These calls are not from individuals, because, as soon as I say hello, there is this "blurt!" sound and then some fool comes on with this same prewritten spiel..
If I DID want to sell my house, I'd just put up a big sign. It's a seller's market, why pay 7% to some fool?
