Yes rain traps particulates when it condenses and falls to the ground. The big problem with aids is they tried to make it a general health epidemic. They used Brian White, a child hemophilia victim that got aids from a homosexual giving blood. It was never a general health crisis. Telling men that **** other men to wear condoms designed to withstand their aberrant couplings would have greatly reduced the gay plague. Easy call. Scientology is based on self improvement and being the best person you can be. The higher ranks get into the science fiction crap Hubbard jotted down not expecting many to get to those ranks. For the masses Scientology encourages members to improve themselves and love others.
