PARENTHESES ARE "ROUND BRACKETS" ..but brackets are not "SQUARE PARANTHESES"

It depends. It's rare but babies there are babies born with both male and female reproductive organs. It's called a number of different things, most common are hermaphrodism, ambiguous genitalia, and more recently "intersex".
