You have already posted the value of  your duplex.  It had better be 550,000 plus. And after how it looked in the pic I find it hard to believe.  The only thing it has going for it is the view.  On any other plot of land you are looking at much less.

Total Recall, at the time you said it was FINALLY painted I told you I would NEVER let my home dive into such disrepair.  There is no way in hell I would be bitter about living in that shared wall duplex shack compared to what I have now.

Now, I am off to post on real topics.  If you have need to feel superior just tell yourself, as you always tell us, you are better at EVERYTHING than ANYONE else.  That is you entire shtick!

what is love vs hate? getting socially accepted vs being ancestrally rejected by everyone else occupying time as genetically displaced here now. Love ideology and hate existing limited to just evolving forward now.
