She had no relationship to the man who killed her, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, and the murder was seemingly random. Later, investigators argued that the killing was, in fact, an accident. Zarate suffered from severe mental health issues that ultimately prevented him from standing trial.

Zarate, the killer, was a Mexican man who had been deported several times from the United States and had served extensive prison time. The only reason he was in San Francisco at all was that the Justice Department inexplicably ignored a request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement that would have allowed the agency to deport him.

Has Kate’s Law Been Passed?
The current iteration of Kate’s Law passed the Republican-controlled House of Representatives in 2017, along with a bill that would defund sanctuary cities (San Francisco is a sanctuary city, and many thought its lax immigration policies led to Kate’s killing). However, once it was received in the Senate, the bill stalled.

One of these days I'm going to spend a half hour compiling all of the CATCH AND RELEASE REPEAT OFFENDER MURDERS AND RAPES THAT HAVE BEEN  ENABLED BY COWARDLY LIBERAL ACTIVIST JUDGES.
It might even take more than a half hour to post the entire list...  
Whenever a Judge is found guilty of this....they deserve to pay the ultimate price.

I just fetched my last load [of about 40 loads] of Washed Drainage Rock today.   
Thanks to Brandons War on our Gasoline Based Economy...a ton of gravel [or basically any product from a quarry] is selling for $30 / ton instead of more like $20 / ton under Trump.

I pay $18.00 for a single **** bale of grass hay because of Bidet. NOT good alfalfa, but plain old grass hay. Bidet hasn't given farmers any reparashunz, possibly because most farmers are not black. Besides, he wouldn't know what a farmer or rancher is, doesn't know what a tractor is or that it runs on gas or diesel fuel. He thinks a tractor hunts outlaws and a combine is a school where kids get shot. Well, yes, he also believes his food is grown or raised in a floor below the grocery store. He's one **** up old goat.
