What's with the black and brown youth and their graffiti (vandalism)?

I took a drive close to the Seattle area, where there is an abundance of road construction along I-5 and other side streets as well. Concrete walls are used in decorative patterns to make them less unattractive. I saw that the tagging and gang tagging was as fresh as the day the concrete dried. Soon it will be covered with the spray paint from these vermin "people." Trash making trash.
If only the police were allowed to spotlight these creatures at night while tagging our infrastructure and pick them off those structures with their ARs. Not in the head, but in the back or stomach, where they can bleed out for a while first. Watch them fall to the pavement and leave them there to feed the crows and maggots.

I also get pissed when I see ugly graffiti. But there are some cool murals on buildings done by amateurs.

I hate graffiti. The perps are criminals and should be treated as such. I don't much like tattoos either, but at least that's a personal decision.
