We have some very good street murals in Miami, several districts are covered with them.
We also have indecipherable messages from graffiti painters that seem to mainly be fighting turf wars over particular locations.

In my community, they paint whole buildings with wonderfull art work. In Grass Valley, CA. Often with uplifting messages.
