I love murals. Putting those in the same category as ubiquitous gang tags seems unfair. Some graffiti artists are indeed amazing.

We have some very good street murals in Miami, several districts are covered with them.
We also have indecipherable messages from graffiti painters that seem to mainly be fighting turf wars over particular locations.

"Art" belongs on a medium, not a building medium, *** wipe. I wonder how many building owners gave their permission to the black and brown mutts to tag their belongings?  Permission or not, it's all good to you. I guarantee that the very expensive and artfully designed concrete used in freeway construction wasn't meant to be a blank canvass for *** and illegal spics.

Graffiti can be art. Some are very talented artists. Difference between street art and gang tags.
