Specifically 18 U.S. Code § 2383.
According to the camera footage they did release.there were two security cameras but at the time the FBI says the bombs were planted at the DNC they only release footage from one camera that was obscured by a bush. If they’re looking for the publics help in identifying the perpetrator why haven’t they release the shot from the camera that wasn’t obscured by the bush. Not to mention the Secret Service cleared this area after the bombs were supposedly planted, yet didn’t find the bombs at that time.
