Back when that bogus "leak" of the "supreme" court's impending Roe debacle occurred, I'd speculated that it was no doubt leaked by one or more of THE corrupt right winged justices who've LONG had no compunction about unabashedly demonstrating their all too obvious radically right bias and partiality via a number of rulings and actions that trumpeted worst to follow, WELL beforehand.
After which these contemptible bstrds did exactly what I KNEW they'd do. My belief having been, from the start that they leaked it themselves to see how Americans would receive it.
As we now know, there were no ensuing riots and no cities were burned. Just voters showing OUR displeasure at the BALLOT BOX.
So, now we're supposed to believe these charlatans conducted an "investigation" and that they were EVEN interested in finding that so-called "leaker" they've been fraudulently braying about.
I guess they must have US confused with their WILLFULLY BAMBOOZLED constituency:

Following the logic of Justice [unc] Thomas’ 2022 opinion in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down a federal law banning the sale of guns to people subject to restraining orders in domestic violence cases.
Thomas explained that... if there was no such law in 1791, it’s unconstitutional now.
Which brings us back to how a man beating his wife was fully legal back then, so there were no laws saying that men who beat their wives (or kids) couldn’t have guns. And therefore, the Fifth Circuit ruled, following Thomas, there can’t be such laws now.

It is why it's NO coincidence that all SIX of the conservative super majority of the SCOTUS are or were members of the Federalist Society, the organization that has literally orchestrated and dictated the right winged judicial agenda.

For those inclined to tell ops what their threads are supposed to be about, YES, this thread is going to talk about the radical FAR-right Supreme Court - I'll talk about them a LOT, and badly. And again rightfully so. Nor am I alone.
In only 5 days I've amassed over TWO DOZEN articles of concern (and COUNTING) written by experts, analysts, and those in the field, TRUMPETING the well founded concerns of many, about the Supreme Court LEGITIMACY as an impartial body of justice.
But there will be other stories of the right's conspiracy to taint the judiciary as well.
Conservative Republicans, because they have been elected president of the United States, and Supreme Court seats have opened up, have appointed Moderate/Conservative justices to interpret U.S. LAW... THAT is the way it was ALWAYS intended to work !!
WHAT about the Democrat TAKE OVER of the FBI and DOJ ? THEY, thru Corruption, Collusion, and Political Partisanship... have now turned those agencies into the PUPPETS of the Democrat Establishment, and the Democrat Party !!

Democrats have not "taken over" the FBI or the DOJ. Community Financial Services - Vox Last October, an especially right-wing panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit effectively declared the entire Consumer Financial Protection Bureau unconstitutional.
