Seriously, the percentages of population increase are shrinking, infertility is on the rise, the scum of the earth are going to multiply over top of the brains of the outfit.

Starving, pissed off, idiots shall overcome.  
It doesn't mean we will have no people anymore.
It just means to crowd size will stabilize somewhat.
I don't find that hard to conceive. Just looking at trends...
