This appears stupid in the clip, but it could have been a tactic that the other side simply caved on and did not properly respond to the diarrhea word salad. There are debate rules that could have been utilized. They would still need to try and rebut what was stated - which means they would need to be taking fast notes on what the idiots were spewing. Most of which, would simply be opinion and non-supported.
