The word "Gender" is not something that stemmed from any social construct.  Homosexuals WANT the term to be a new social construct.  But, gender was never intended to be used the way Homosexuals want it used today.  In other words, in typical Democrat new-speak fashion, they totally twist the meaning of the word.
