I have proven his horrible memory many times. It's tough to know the cause. He is a narcissist; they frequently play that game. It's a stalling technique. If they pretend that they don't know what you are talking about, then they can hide behind questions/demands by trying to have you prove it or whatever. Textbook narcissism. On the hand, he has shown signs of dementia. Compound that with his pot smoking, we shouldn't be surprised that he has the memory of a gnat.
