Epps and Pelosi spoke more than a dozen times in the lead up - and Epps has FOR SOME REASON avoided being charge, in spite of being large and IN charge, on film, during the staged false flag event.

epps did not do any damage or attacked any police. those who did not commit a crime were not charged.
