Many of them stay **** up their entire lives.

Not a shared wall duplex like BV lives in. BV can never call his place a HOUSE.
He shares a wall. I am thinking of upgrading the windows in 2023.
No HOA to deal with. No HOA President. HOA Presidents are not welcome on my property.

I have an HOA.  Never fond of them but the area I live in still has the southern mentality.  As long as you keep the lawn mowed and take the garbage cans in they don’t mess with us.
