The term "AR-15" is a Colt registered trademark which it uses only to refer to its line of semi-automatic rifles. Other manufacturers marketed generic AR-15s under other designations, frequently referred to as AR-15s, as are some rifles and carbines not based on the AR-15 design.

Nice guns, but would be difficult for me to carry those.

The one in the photo is a 380; mine is a 9mm, but the dimensions are just a tiny bit longer.  Since I mostly pocket carry, micro-9's are what I typically carry.  It's sort of a PITA to carry a gun, a wallet, a phone and keys.  I can do without the phone most of the time.  The rest take up real estate around my body.  Slipping a really small 9mm into my front pocket and have it print like a phone or wallet works for me.  Sure, capacity is only 7 (with one in the chamber), it's not the nicest gun to own, and the holster can be dangerous if it is unfamiliar to you, but this works for me.   I'd love to be able to carry my Sig X-Five which is finely tuned and accurate, reliable, holds 20 rounds and impressive to look at.  Just not going to happen.

I have multiple methods of carrying.  I have a jacket designed with a built in holster.  Of course there is the Kydex which I love.  I have shoulder holsters, a compression shirt with a holster as a waist pack.
