Take a stand and post some facts. I have. Cut to the chase, PP.Blackvegetable » 18 Nov 2022, 4:45 pm » wrote: ↑ I don't give a **** about what you assert.
It's about the facts.
You have posted assertions at odds with what you have previously agreed was fact.Huey » 18 Nov 2022, 4:52 pm » wrote: ↑ Take a stand and post some facts. I have. Cut to the chase, PP.
My stand:
The Colt AR 15 semi automatic weapon was not designed for the military/battlefield.
The fact of the matter is the source of the citation (which you never read) does not list that weapon on the list of military AR rifles.
Facts please!
You are still lying. I posted FACTS straight from the entire citation. Not the snippet you are using. Provided you not only the citation link but the link to the subsection with the facts. The only way you win is prove I was wrong with those facts.Blackvegetable » 18 Nov 2022, 5:04 pm » wrote: ↑ You have posted assertions at odds with what you have previously agreed was fact.
And you have demonstrated that you don't understand what you read...accordingly anything you assert is suspect.

Does the citation make clear that the Colt AR-15 and M16 are of ONE family?Huey » 18 Nov 2022, 5:08 pm » wrote: ↑ You are still lying. I posted FACTS straight from the entire citation. PP, post yours. Until you do I am winning.
I have already agreed to that. You are repeating yourself, PP.Blackvegetable » 18 Nov 2022, 5:22 pm » wrote: ↑ once again, I have to answer.
Yes...the citation makes clear that the AR-15 and M16 are of the same family.
It then goes on to describe what defines said family.
You are wrong.Huey » 18 Nov 2022, 5:26 pm » wrote: ↑ I have already agreed to that. You are repeating yourself, PP.
My unambiguous stand:
The Colt AR 15 semi automatic weapon was not designed for the military/battlefield.
Any semi automatic rifle sold today by any other company patterned on the original design is not designed for the battlefield/military.
PP, post your stand.
You do know there is only one family of Ford mustangs, correct?
Show you can answer questions,
Still no stand.Blackvegetable » 18 Nov 2022, 5:29 pm » wrote: ↑ You are wrong.
Weapons patterned on the original ArmaLite AR-15 design have been produced by numerous manufacturers and have been used by nations around the world, some of which created their own variations
notice the use of the singular and definite article.
ONE DESIGN.
The dude is woefully ignorant of this issue. I served 2 decades. Never saw an AR 15 semiautomatic as military issue as a battlefield weapon.
Huey » 18 Nov 2022, 5:33 pm » wrote: ↑ Still no stand.
The Armalite 15 is a fully Automatic Weapon. The Colt Sporter AR 15 is not. As I said, go to the source of the citation, where I directed you, and show a weapon in the military list with a selector that only has S-1.
My stand:
Colt AR 15 semi automatic weapon was not designed for the military/battlefield.

Nod.
**** brick.
Where PP, @Blackvegetable is going with this is that all weapons sold today, whether by Colt, the only company that can sell a weapon called AR 15, is designed for the battlefield.Selaphobia » 18 Nov 2022, 5:41 pm » wrote: ↑ You got that right.
