In vivo, Ivermectin alone is more effective than standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine) alone at reducing tumor weight and volume in pancreatic cancer (Lee, et al., 2022)... In cases successfully treated with a total or partial combination of Ivermectin, dichloroacetate, and Omeprazole (plus Tamoxifen), Ivermectin inhibited tumor growth through mitochondrial dysfunction and led to apoptosis (Ishiguro, et al., 2022).

That is false. It first showed itself deadly to covid in vitro, and then it was used effectively in vivo. Hundreds of clinicians beat covid with Ivermectin and published their results. Meta studies have been done using those clinicians' publications. Your study uses an extremely specific cohort that is the opposite of representative of society at large. It's a dart throw, and I find it shocking that it found its way into the NEJM. But that shows how things have degraded.
