PS. In 2018 he scored two goals. Both in the group stage, where they had very inferior opponents. He did not score against Portugal in the round of 16, although Uruguay won, and he did not score in the quarter finals when France knocked Uruguay out.

Wayne Rooney is as accomplished as Suarez. Although he never bit anyone’s ear. But when you talk of the greats of all time he may be rated high, well above Suarez, but not even in the top ten.
