If you want to promote your health through intelligent supplementation, you have some pastures to get out of. It ain't just ONE pasture. You break through that one into another. Many years ago, my drug addict little brother had morgellon's disease. The doctors called it delusions of parasitosis. I took a deep and mighty dive, on my mom's behalf, mostly - but also out of a remnant of fraternal affection, - into the excruciating world of being an involuntary nano test subject for the MIC.
I sent a cheap microscope to my mom, so she could describe the critters he was shedding. That bit of handy tech made his evidence more compelling. Reading the testimony of normal people who had never used drugs, desperately seeking help outside the mainstream, further suggested that my brother - the druggie - had stumbled into Tuskeegee 2.0.
I broke out of the pastures I was in, only to be hazed into the "this is even BETTER" pasture. Thus, I sent a placebo, and it failed. I retraced my steps, bypassed that hazer, and sent the MESO-Silver - which cured EITHER morgellons disease OR delusions of parasitosis - I have no attachment to which disorder people believe it beat.
Ten years later, I faced an identical circumstance - another morgellon's case wandered into my existence. It had been so long that I repeated the same mistake, and got the same results, then righted the wrong, and cured either morgellons or delusions of parasitosis.
These two hazings provided me with what I would never have thought to provide myself: double blind studies. Small in scale, accidentally integrous in application.
The long and short of it is, it takes some work to get through the web of lies, spun over many decades, intended to prevent you from using unaltered, unpatented substances for health purposes. I can tell you this: There is SOME reason that all surgical instruments are plated with silver or gold.

Regarding replacement, I have taken a probiotic that contains 17 different bacteria (most contain a half dozen or so) pressed into a pill form with kiwi, that is designed to fall apart gradually, so it gets past your stomach and acids pretty much intact (that wipe out most products before they escape the stomach), and then distributes steadily along one's intestine while getting its start feeding on the kiwi. But even at 17 it unfortunately falls a little short of replacement.

As far as gut bacteria being wiped out in the Western diet of late, one of the ways is Monsanto GMO corn. It it genetically modified to act as an insecticide so it can blow up corn ear worms. They labeled by the captured FDA under the guise that it kills bacteria so no harm would come to humans. Thus the annihilation of gut bacteria with GMO corn is just one of the countless ways that Big Ag and its captured FDA are is killing us.

I strongly suspect that silver discriminates.
In a world where "science" says I should vax, and girls are boys, and florida has been underwater for the past 12 years, I do not automatically accept that silver and gold kill indiscriminately.

I can tell you this. So far as I know, there is ONE colloidal silver and ONE colloidal gold product in the U.S. and that is the Meso from purestcolloids. The rest are koolaid.
