Try him in Granbury, Texas where he is from and see what the verdict would be...

Could a *** get a fair trial by an all white jury in Alabama?
You merely expose your personal incompetence to impartially judge the matter. You would acquit him if he bragged of engaging in insurrection.

DC is the worst place to get a fair trial if yer not a leftist.
Maybe if you don't want to get convicted of a crime in DC, you shouldn't commit a crime in DC.

MUST SEE_ Jake Lang's Latest POWERFUL Jan 6 Political Prisoner Video - FINALLY THE TRUTH!

As you all well know, patriots assembled on January 6 at the United States Capitol to peacefully protest a stolen election. Approximately a million liberty- loving Americans stood in unity and exercised their constitutional right to redress their grievances. Historically, the protest took a violent turn when capital police officers started inciting and brutalizing an unarmed crowd, even killing four defenseless American citizens on the steps of our own capital.

Now over 900 January 6ers and their families had been persecuted by the Biden regime and the FBI, violently arrested and abused and tortured in prison, some spending over 20 months locked away in gulaglike conditions political prisons inside our very own United States. They are being held without bond visitations, haircuts, religious services, access to evidence and attorneys, and in many cases, complete solitary confinement.

This atrocity highlights the two-tier justice system that villainizes conservative patriots and rewards career criminals. That’s why we started the J-6 Legal Fund to help retain competent conservative attorneys for our newest national heroes.

J-6 Legal Fund was created by J-6 political prisoner, Jake Lang to ensure full transparency in directing 100% of funds to legal costs. Not a single penny is wasted. In the next upcoming months, hundreds of J 60 patriots will be standing trial against the full force of the corrupt Department of justice and bias DC jury pools. The need for strong legal representation is greater now more than ever. That’s where you come in. The J-6 families are truly grateful for your generous support.

Let’s bring our men home. Please donate today.

Right. Blame the Capitol Police.
****.
But that's exactly what I would expect from the gateway pundit.
Who were the four defenseless American citizens killed by the Capitol Police on the steps of our the capital?

Maybe if you've been entrapped in DC you don't want to be tried by a Misty-DC-jury!

Same kind of jury who released the guy who started the Russian collusion hoax.  The evidence was clear but a left wing Misty-jury set him free!

Who are you talking about?
Stewart Rhodes?
He was convicted of seditious conspiracy.
He didn't need to enter the Capitol to have taken part in a conspiracy.
And how do you figure his people were not charged?
Four of them were on trial with him.

So it would be okay with you if he were tried by a prejudiced jury in Texas as long as they were prejudiced towards him, right?
If he wanted to be tried in Texas then he should have committed his crimes in Texas.

Right.
The truth is out there in your fever dreams.
You MAGAs really need to stop with this nonsense that any time something doesn't go your way it must be because it was rigged.

So, it is OK with you that he was tried by a DC jury that was prejudiced against him, eh?

Fact Check:  17,000 arrests were made in the first two weeks of protests.
Most of those protesters were booked not for violent crimes, but for low-level offenses such as violating curfews.
Obstructing roadways and carrying open containers were other reasons for the arrests, as well as “failure to disperse.”

Some more serious charges were filed as well, however.
The Associated Press reported hundreds were charged with burglary and looting as of June 4, 2020.

The claim: Black Lives Matter protesters caused $2 billion worth of damage and faced no consequences.

There was no conspiracy. A conspiracy to tresspass unarmed at the Capitol isn't much of an insurrection. Planning a mostly peaceful display of civil disobedience isn't sedition.
