So this is quite absurd. 

in ireland...because it has one of the worst economies on earth...it is impossible to survive on a nurses salary.

Because cost of living is cheaper there.

And why is it that Filipinos can afford to br nurses in ireland while actual Irish people have to leave? Simple: because Filipinos aren't white so they can benefit from government programs like subsidized housing. 

Which Irish people have to pay for. 

So how does this make sense? Instead of simply increasing the wages for nurses.. you literally are filling planes up with white nurses to fly across the world to Australia while filling planes up with Filipinos to fly across the world to ireland. 

Even though Filipinos may not have mastered the language or the culture and are probably lactose intolerant etc etc.

I don't know about other states, but the Nevada healthcare system is inundated with Filipinos. Nurses and doctors especially. Home health agencies, hospices, group homes etc... are mostly run by Filipinos. I brought this up once to a few healthcare workers that personally know. As usual, I was a bigot. Blah blah blah...

I also noticed that the lower level jobs, like CNAs and janitorial workers, are mostly black and white.

Why not just hire Americans in health care? Why not? They live right there. They speak the language. Everything is so much easier and cheaper if you do that.

Well in ireland...the rent is way to high to make ends meet as a nurse. So nurses just leave. And subsidized housing for Filipinos certainly does not assist the problem with high rent. 

Anyway you don't have to wonder. They tell you quite openly all the time that 'diversity  (less whites) is our greatest strength'.
