Pasta has a thread fail.
Iger hasn't been in office long enough to impact content. Doubt we will see as much diversity casting and promotion of lgbtqrstuv inclusion. Remains to be seen.
I predict you will be wrong…….again.Neo » 03 Dec 2022, 10:34 am » wrote: ↑ Iger hasn't been in office long enough to impact content. Doubt we will see as much diversity casting and promotion of lgbtqrstuv inclusion. Remains to be seen.
I'll bet your life it stays the same. Mine isn't worth much being just another male reproduction existing as genetically eternally separated in plain sight. Nobody believes that is possible.<being sarcastic, not self pitying.Neo » 03 Dec 2022, 10:34 am » wrote: ↑ Iger hasn't been in office long enough to impact content. There current film featuring a homosexual lead is bombing at the box office. Black little mermaid will tank as well. Mexican snow white may not perform to expectations. Mufasa looks good.

Here is another important thing you don’t mention- Disney has not changed their content.
Some of it sucks, like everything else.
One of the biggest factors pointing to Strange World’s box office failure is Disney’s poor marketing venture. While tens of millions were spent on global marketing, much of the promotion didn’t occur until shortly before its opening weekend, so little buzz had been generated beforehand. Strange World was first teased back in December 2021, but was largely forgotten in preference of promoting Disney’s biggest animated picture of 2022: Lightyear, which was ultimately another box office failure. Social media reactions to Strange World’s release indicate that many potential audience members weren't aware of the movie’s release date, much less that it existedNeo » 03 Dec 2022, 10:56 am » wrote: ↑ There current film featuring a homosexual lead is bombing at the box office. Sure, had nothing to do with a gay main character. Nothing to do with not being eligible for release in China and much of the middle east. 2nd biggest market on the planet won't play homonormative content. One of the few things I suppose I am thankful to the Chinese for.Pastafarian » 03 Dec 2022, 5:46 pm » wrote: ↑ One of the biggest factors pointing to Strange World’s box office failure is Disney’s poor marketing venture. Black Panther movies have had success. I don’t see any reason why The Little Mermaid would flop unless they don’t market it as well as their other movies.

A BLACK mermaid? She gonna eats ALL the chicken of the sea!

Yeah - narrative. Pure, crybaby narrative.
No questions, dick sucker.
No questions dick sucker.
Did you ever think - back BEFORE you got on wall street's dick - that you would be shilling for multinational corporations? Repeating their contrived squawking points? Insisting people be required by law to use their products? Getting shrill if their tax breaks are threatened?
