No one. I'm not calling for it nationally, but on the state and local level.
I'm not like you. I believe in LOCAL government. Democratic institutions. You want everything to come from London, Or Beijing, Or DC, or some other far removed, foreign jurisdiction.
You fear some local Snidely Whiplash will make everyone pay 120% - like that could happen. You only trust the guy who never has to look at you - its **** weird. Inexplicable, really.
