Would you RWNJ's have been okay with the LEO throwing a fire extinguisher at her instead? How about kicking her to the ground and then stomping on her? How about bludgeoning her with a flagpole? Would those actions be acceptable by an LEO against that mob considering that mob had used those very same tactics against those very same LEO's that very day?

I would wager the *** capitol cop that murdered Ashley Babbitt was unaware of those alleged activities because they never happened!!!

The number of police killed in the line of duty on January 6 was zero. Only one person is known to have been killed during the riot: Ashli Babbitt, a rioter who was shot dead by a Capitol Police officer. Three other rioters died during the riot, but they were not killed. While initial reports indicated that Roseanne Boyland was trampled to death in a crush of fellow rioters who were trying to push through a police barrier, the medical examiner found that she died of accidental acute amphetamine intoxication. Rioters Kevin Greeson and Benjamin Phillips both appear to have died of cardiovascular disease, which may have been exacerbated by the excitement and violence.

let me get this straight:  are you saying that fire extinguishers were not thrown at LEO's during the attack on the capitol on 1/6/21?  LEO's were not beaten with flagsticks?  LEO's were not taken to the grown and stomped on?

I WATCHED THOSE EVENTS OCCUR ON TELEVISION!

video proof of what?  cops being beaten by rioters using flag poles?  cops having fire extinguishers thrown at them?  Cops being pulled into the crowd and kicked by the crowd?  Were you even AWAKE on 1/6/21?

And that bitch wasn't murdered.  She was part of an angry mob smashing through a plexiglass barrier beyond which was a door behind which was the Vice President who that same mob had earlier been chanting to be lynched.  It was tragic, but certainly not senseless.  Clearly, words alone would not have stopped that crowd had that barrier been fully breached and they had poured into that hallway.  LEO's were outnumbered.  They were on a mission to protect government officials from an angry mob clearly and demonstrably on a mission to do those officials harm.  

In our society, when LEO's have to use deadly force to stop the commission of a crime, it is a tragic event.  When LEO's themselves are killed it is considered even worse.  If the officer had not fired upon the crowd, they would have breached the barrier, and his position would have been overrun and the VP would have been at risk.  

These folks were playing hardball. They started the game.  They lost.  Ashli really lost.  Too bad, but it was her fault.
