He came out with a nutty story a couple years back...

We had a guy on the site that claimed he was a billionaire...
It was so obvious he was just some kid.  
But because Mr Kelly and Mr Fake Billionaire agreed on their politics Mr Kelly confirmed the guy was a billionaire...

How?
Mr Kelly claimed his wife was sick and needed an operation.  
Mr Billionaire's limo showed up a few days later with $250,000 in cash in a paper bag to help out.
