There are countless schools of economics. It is not concerning which one you believe is the most accurate, although I will say the neoclassical model is 85+% wrong, while the "New Keynesian" model preferred by mainstream economists is maybe 40%~ wrong, mostly due to their failure to separate the real economy from financialization.

There is a myth propagated by liberTARDians that if 2 people or two parties engage in some sort of consensual transaction, that type of "market exchange" is dubbed "capitalism." Disregarding the fact that consensual transactions have been taking place since God knows when (imagine how retarded you would sound if you said "ancient Egypt was capitalist"), the model which is based off of lolibertarian "rational self-interested parties" fantasy ignores a basic fact of politics which is that all "ruling classes" attempt to "skim" a certain % off their host/working populations. Skimming is only possible once you have a sufficient amount of power.

Skimming is basically institutionalized theft/fraud...but because most of it occurs behind the scenes or cloaks itself as "consensual, mutual, whatever" people ignore it completely. And it should not surprise anyone lolibertarian think tanks/prominent groups are funded by (((OUR FRIENDS)))

Skimming comes in 3 levels: (I will only discuss #1 + #3)

1) Minimal skimming
2) Moderate skimming
3) Heavy skimming

Minimal skimming tends to coincide with times of general prosperity. The ruling class does not need to skim much...say, in situations like 1960 America or in 130 AD Rome because of all the bountiful loot obtained from other countries or from keeping other nations poor (e.g. through extracting rent, forcing powerless nations to take on IMF-style debts, telling those nations to "lower their tariffs" so cheap products can flood those nations and they will never develop their own base of economic stability, etc.)

It's basically a gentleman's agreement between the ruling classes/the people they control..."We can both come out of this ahead, as long as YOU...the stupid peons...don't complain about pillaging other countries."

Heavy skimming tends to happen when the low hanging fruits are all plucked from the tree, when even skimming from the host population no longer suffices.

The best summary of "heavy skimming" is psychopathic oligarchs attempting to (and often being successful at) stealing from other oligarchs. Since the poor (whether internationally or domestically) are all tapped out, there is no blood left to squeeze from the stone.

Wealthy parasites stealing from other wealthy parasites..."legally" of course...that pretty much sums up everything we see today.

FOS mentioned a brilliant example where Sears was sabotaged from within, which then enabled Amazon to rise to power (note that this was always about power, not "profit" which is secondary).

I love to use the example of modern corporate bailouts, which is just transferring wealth from bondholders (mostly wealthy parasites) to corporate raiders/insiders (also mostly wealthy parasites) as debt becomes worthless.

(By the way, notice how conservative and liberal NPC retards believe that "paying off your debt" is some kind of noble duty when these wealthy parasites use every trick in the book to write off billions in debt whenever they get the opportunity.)

1) During "good" times...when (((they))) decide to flood the market with cheap debt, asset prices increase. These owner-investors then use the opportunity expand their personal fortunes (expand their liabilities, take on debt, dilute shares, cut expenses to the barebones...)

They will also, of course, reward themselves with $100M+ bonuses because these CEOs are "such amazing geniuses" (if you actually believe that you might be a retard)

Imagine you were handed a huge fortune making machine...but because you are not interested in "doing the work" to maintain the fortune making machine, you sell off the machine's parts. Or you use the machine as leverage/collateral for stock buybacks. This allows for some very easy profits while destroying the machine's long-term viability.

2) Inevitably...since (((they))) have had centuries of practice = the economy will turn sour and all of a sudden, there are liabilities that cannot be paid off. Here is the part where you send an army of corporate stooges to Congress...because the reason your "money making machine" no longer works is due to unforeseen circumstances like The Deadliest Pandemic Ever™ FORCING governments to shut down the global economy.

It was FORCED...I say, forced! (Let's also not forget the hundreds of billions in profits shorting crude to -$20/barrel and then buying calls when the price was about to recover...because of course the market for global commodities like crude is "natural"...there is never any manipulation going on behind the scenes)  Image

The (((mainstream media))) will then tell the retarded public that we "have" to bail out these companies, or else the "entire economy" will suffer and we'll have 20-30% unemployment rates, etc...see the "thinly veiled" threat here?

"Give me the damn money...preferably @ low or zero interest of course, or we shut down operations and you can all go to hell."

Of course nobody wants to lose their J - O - B  (Just-Over-Broke) so they allow the wealthy parasites to steal from other wealthy parasites. And hope their J - O - B doesn't disappear as quickly as all those "carefully audited/accountable funds made available for distressed corporations."

The NPCs might even be HAPPY getting $1400 in stimmy checks...which covers the price of 1 month's studio rent in a medium COL city like Dallas. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yippeee!! XD

TL;DR

Modern economy = "Which group(s) of wealthy parasites are getting the shaft this time?"

There was a time when kings and queens were subject to the same dangers as the peasants.. cold, hunger, violence etc..

Centuries ago, there was skimming in the form of taxing the peasants.  The scarcity and hardship of the times back then demanded a certain exploitation of others, survival demanded one group dominate and subjugate other groups merely for survival.

In this age of technological abundance, which took 50+ years to emerge after the industrial revolution, there is no longer a need to deprive others to survive.  There is now a different motivation for skimming.  The elite now just seek to keep the masses in poverty for amusement.

Economics has a rule of 72. What is it based off off in real time?

One sided compounding event horizons to expanding details never duplicated again leaving out the balancing contracting results never same details twice evolving as individually here.

Here is a 4 dimensional graph having 8 hemispheres of separately aligned color combinations when looking down with each of the 6 peaks there are 12 separate combinations of colors.

This is where I get most of my ideas about now being eternity from as there are 72 event horizons possible in that one graph.

there are also natural points of diplacement of inorganic and ancestral results within it. inorcanically there are midnight, noon, dawn, dusk, north and south poles. ancestrally there are 3 generation gaps in evolving populaiton forward now. center is arriving great grandchild, horizontally are 4 grandparents, verticlaly is mom and dad really doesn't matter which is up or down does it? Takes both to conceive the center point of origin to another generation of a species or ancestral lineage adding one at a time populaiton doesn't exceed evolving forward now as a whole.

Understand IQ is I quit denying How and why I am me alone in this eternally changing total sum moment. I can identify the 7th degree of separation that places each lifetime to inhabiting space genetically present any rotation of the planet.

Space time doesn't continue beyond what happens now.

thru history, 'just in time delivery' has helped trigger inflation. when interest rates raise, cost of inventory raises. so more 'just in time deliveries'. but when there is a sudden increase in demand, shortages cause rapid price increases. and inflation feeds on inflation, as governments start to increase interest to stop inflation. and higher interest rates reduce inventories.

what? Nobody buying doesn't reduce inventory. 18 months to 2 years of shutdowns stopped the whole supply line from raw materials to finished products going to market.

this whole situation was planned obsolescence and orchestrated chaos by ruling elites working 6 degrees of deception socially everywhere in this atmosphere.

Economics isn't that complicated, it compounds inversely to ancestry becoming next ancestors rule of 72 compounding in series parllel displacement. The trick is rate of compounding forward using semantical relative time theory 24/7 added to the beliefs life cannot be limited to mutualy evolving here one at time in plain sight since there are 5 generation gaps living forward now that no reproduction was conceived twice to the 5th one added is always great great grandchildren one at a time that do or don't become 1 of 2 parents.

you are only a part of a 5th generation arrived one at a time changing population to your own ancestry and this species each ancestor added into the atmosphere now.

If you never parented a replacement, you have no skin in the game as siblings and counsins that did become parents and you will mooch by proxy of laws ordering others to comply with hypothetical scenarios until all the non reproductive soles get taken care of by society's command of pretending nobody knew.

See, even the mutations that started Homo Sapien DNA were great great grandchildren of another species. Evolving never exceed time occupying space now as the reproduction you were changing populaiton so far, one at a time.

Simple compounding combinations in series parallel displacement. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. You fooled yourself how many decades and still haven't figure out life in plain sight?
