As I posted yesterday there are differences in the cases being made and investigations.  Of course.  No two cases are the same,

But the issue is the same.  They both possessed classified documentation AFTER they left office.

True story. I had a Security Clearance (not going to say what level, but it required a polygraph). So we are having a meeting, and the guard is standing outside the room (standard protocol) and we have to "open the safe". You know, where all the "secrets are stored". So we look at the information, discuss, etc. docs go back into the safe. Meeting is over. I am walking with a colleague (mind you he was in the Air Force) and I could tell that he was nervous. I said to him, hey something going on? you seem nervous. He says "Chris, I don't want to do this anymore" I asked why. He says "if we do something wrong with those documents or we make a mistake, we are going to end up in jail or prison" One month later, he was transferred to a different project.

So yeah Biden **** up.
