It seems like when I was authorized to view classified documents as a member of the military the punishment for mishandling classified documents was $10,000 fine and or 10 years in prison. Are our military members held to a higher standard than the country's leader? After all SEC of State Clinton mishandled classified material and nothing was done about that. Vise President Biden mishandled classified documents and the left is saying that is not really anything wrong with it and it was just a mistake. And the seems to be a lot of confusion as to the legality of President Trump's handling of classified material. What gives? There was never a question when I was in the military on what and how was considered mishandling of classified material and the results of those actions. But I guess the LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO THE WHITE HOUSE.

AND Trump had FULL LEGAL AUTHORITY to be in possession of documents under the Presidential Records Act.

There is no "Vice Presidential Records Act", so he COMMITTED A CRIME by removing them in the first place. PERIOD. AND he had them stored in locations NO ONE knew about and were TOTALLY unsecured. "Locked up with my Corvette" is NOT by law considered a SECURE LOCATION that is permissible to store US GOVERNMENT TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS!!.

And then we have the issue of the CHICOMS donating over $54..6 MILLION to the Penn/Biden Center for what in exchange?? AND then to send in LAWYERS to pack up your vacant office?? THAT smells all the way to Peoria.
