The data does not back up your claim. The data is out there... not going to spoon feed it to you. The sources are the Census, drivers license surrender database, UHaul annual survey, and Current population survey microdata. I know that you are too lazy to actually do the research unlike myself.

I spend hours digging through data, compiling it, and lining it up. The reader just talks a bunch of **** and says, "it is from a government source and so it is inherently garbage". I then ask, "Well then what other source is there? Can you put one forth?". They then respond with calling me names. Sounds like a waste of time to me. And having done this dance before... seems like I should learn? Would you not agree?

Anyone who cannot distinguish between government technocrats - who do an excellent job of compiling data - and the politicians who misuse that data to push bad policy is a moran. And morans do NOT constrain me.
When I speak to morans, I mostly just cuss 'em out. But I generally put some substance in there, because I am aware how many nonmembers read these posts, and I am also aware that there are serious people who ARE members and who will appreciate the quality information.
If you search my threads, you will see that I have tackled serious issues with research and thought. In most cases, I was only arguing with idiots - but I made my arguments as powerful as I could, using only government sources and others that the idiot du jour dared not mock. For example, arguing with richclem, I would beat him over the head with CATO and Heritage; but I would never use those sources arguing with a leftist.
Most of the sources trotted out on this board by BOTH sides deserve ridicule. That does not constrain me from sourcing responsibly - nor should it you.
Imagine if every time I were challenged to source a claim, I responded, "You would only mock it, so no." How much respect would people have for my claims in general and that claim in particular?
