President Trump had the authority to declassify whatever his administration classified and keep it.
Vice president, Pedo Peter had no authority to declassify the stolen top secret nuclear codes and have them scattered all over from DC to Delaware where the CCP had easy access to.
Pedo Peter got caught last November with the top secret nuclear codes and tried to keep it under wraps until it was leaked that he was in possession of the codes for six whole years.

There are no locks at Mar-a-Lago that provide the level of security available at a SCIF. The secret service was not there to protect documents. they protect the ex-president and when he goes off to Bedminster, they go with him. And while he's gone, Mar-a-Lago is being used as a public function hall. There is absolutely ZERO evidence that all of the sensitive documents at Mar-a-Lago were kept in places that wandering curious wedding guests could not find their way into. I can't help but to wonder why the secret service did not stop the FBI from entering Maralago? Since president Trump had not declined SS protection I am sure they were there, at least in small, but capable, numbers.
