Biden mishandled it in his own way. He’s not blame free. He certainly knew there were boxes of stored government documents from the Obama years on his property and he would have known there were classified documents from time to time in his office when he was vice president. When the Trump story first broke he should have sensed the danger for himself if his aides had carelessly included classified papers in them, and had the boxes searched. A prompt return of them then would have defused serious criticism and later made Trump look even worse than he looks now.
