Man Shoots And Kills Suspect Trying To Carjack His Girlfriend Outside Florida Bar 

The female employee was getting into her car, which was in the bar’s parking lot, when the suspect reportedly ambushed her.The employee’s boyfriend was reportedly at the scene and shot and killed the suspect.Surveillance video footage of the parking lot showed the suspect hiding in a porta-potty near the employee’s vehicle “for a few hours” before reportedly attacking her.

Neither the employee nor the boyfriend is facing charges at this time.

Unfortunately in states and cities with rigid gun control it is illegal to use a gun. Because it is illegal to carry.

She was totally SPUN! She had blown her mind in Nepal with some acid guru, very sad!
A few years later she ended up in a NUT HOUSE.

The problem is to be a legal gun owner who can carry is extremely difficult in place like DC and NYC.  NYC has a population of around 19 million.  Yet only 88,000 on the low end and 2000,000 on the high end can conceal carry in the city.  And open carry is illegal.  

So no, most in the city are banned from using a gun to stop a car jacking.

In Texas, the Texas Rangers would hang a bad man on the spot.

And they under the constitution should be tried and convicted. 

Under the constitution you are innocent till proven guilty.

Under certain conditions, he could face misdemeanor charges for that in florida. 

I guess the stiff loved his girlfriend's car more than he loved his life.
