She asked how the system was working for me. I told her. I have not required any form of bail, cash or otherwise, because I have not been incarcerated. Tell me again how you get to chose whether or not to pay for fire departments.Beekeeper » 27 Jan 2023, 1:35 pm » wrote: ↑ Moron. You have NO BAIL TO POST under a "no cash bail" policy.

So... in your way of thinking, socialism must be national in nature? States could not initiate socialist programs?
Medicare and social security fit your definition of socialist, but every president since Roosevelt has supported Social Security and every president since Johnson has supported Medicare.
Fire departments.... who pays for them? YOU do... whether you chose to call them when your house is on fire is your business.... although the city may very well come and put your house fire out even without being asked. It is a requirement that you cough up your share of the costs of that department, however. How socialist of you!!!!
No one is forcing me to go to any doctor I don't want to see. I can chose to see him, or I can chose to self medicate. No one is forcing me to see anyone.
I never said the Geneva Conventions define what is and is not experimental. They merely circumscribe using experimental medicines on human beings without their uncompelled consent.maineman » 27 Jan 2023, 8:50 am » wrote: ↑ It is solely your opinion - not shared by ANY court of law - that the COVID vaccine meets the definition of "experimental treatment" under the Geneva Convention.
Like I said...no court of law has EVER declared that the COVID vaccine or any vaccine violates the Geneva Convention, or the UCMJ for that matter...but cool spin... and I admire your gumption here. By your definition, the entire officer corps of the US military have violated their oaths of office. Pretty funny from a chickenhawk armchair general too frightened to go in harm's way.Cannonpointer » 27 Jan 2023, 4:20 pm » wrote: ↑ I never said the Geneva Conventions define what is and is not experimental. Our own laws define the "vaccines" as experimental. We have specific rigorous testing that all new drugs must undergo, and this testing is defined not only by the numbers of people in test subject pools but also by replication: multiple broad-based double blind human trials with similar outcomes. The FDA could not find the "vaccines" safe and effective, as the requisite studies were never undertaken before rollout. That is why they were made available exclusively by way of an Emergency Use Authorization, and not by a finding. It takes an average of TEN YEARS for a drug to get FDA approval as "safe and effective." Until then, the drug is experimental.
https://www.nationwidechildrens.org/fam ... edications.
https://www.fda.gov/patients/fast-track ... d-approval
Even when drugs are designated as "fast track" by the FDA and eligible for "accellerated approval," (the laws allowing this passed in 92 and 2012 to permit cancer patients to roll the dice), they are STILL legally experimental and subject to oversight by the FDA. Users are willing and informed participants in phase 4 trials - NOT recipients of FDA-approved drugs proven "safe and effective." UNTIL A DRUG IS RATED "SAFE AND EFFECTIVE" BY THE FDA, IT IS EXPERIMENTAL. Everyone using the "vaccines" is a trial participant - but very few are fully informed and voluntary participants. Most were gaslighted - compelled, coerced, extorted, or enrolled under false pretenses in the belief the drugs had been found "safe and effective" by the FDA. They HAD not and they HAVE not. .
Rocks are hard. Water is wet. Only men have dicks and balls. Only women have uteruses. The "vaccines" are experimental.
You care for your oath like you care for your unattended backside, skidmark. You are no officer, no gentleman. You're a political hack and an oath breaker.

So, you just PROVED you are a SOCIALIST!!maineman » 27 Jan 2023, 1:59 pm » wrote: ↑ Socialism is government ownership and control of the means of production throughout the economy.
you really are too dumb to continue this with. Socialism is government ownership and control of the means of economic productions. Not small pieces of it.... a publicly owned electrical grid is not socialism. A publicly administered fire and crime prevention organization is not socialism. A government administered health care system for veterans is not socialism. A government administered health care system for low income personnel is not socialism.... or for elderly individuals... not socialism. A government built, maintained, and managed toll road system is not socialism. I say again: Socialism is government ownership and control of the means of economic productions. America has a capitalist economy and has had that since its inception. Oh...and it's had fire departments and police departments and armies and navies since its inception as well.Beekeeper » 27 Jan 2023, 5:23 pm » wrote: ↑ So, you just PROVED you are a SOCIALIST!!
Since government CONTROL over our healthcare system is but ONE STEP in the many needed to seize control of all other things. INCLUDING the means of production. Medicine happens to be one of those things, moron.
Oh, and those roads you hate so much, I can CHOOSE to pay for them IF I purchase gas to fuel my cars/trucks. AND LOCAL PEOPLE determined that Fire and Police were a LIBERTY they chose to administer through the efforts of OTHERS. It has NOTHING to do with socialism since WE THE PEOPLE can take back our liberty at any time. With SOCIALISM, you have no choices. Like SOCIALIST HEALTHCARE!!
Like I said... when a chickenhawk armchair general who was too frightened to serve in harm's way sits back and accuses the entire officer corps of the US Military of violating their oath of office, all I can do, after I spit out my coffee, is laugh my *** off.Cannonpointer » 27 Jan 2023, 4:54 pm » wrote: ↑ So, until a COURT tells you to honor your oath, you do not have to honor your oath, skidmark?
You cannot deny the "vaccines" are experimental and available EXCLUSIVELY through an EUA.
You cannot deny U.S. treaties make it a crime against humanity to compel participation in experiments
You cannot deny we compelled people to participate in experiments
So you spew, "The crime hasn't been punished yet - nyah nyah."
You are an oath breaking skidmark and a political hack who has participated in the politicization of science and have likely participated in crimes against humanity, yourself.

Speaking of firemen and cops, your fire and police argument is weak. It would make some sense if people in a town had the right to decide to NOT pay that portion of their taxes that other people paid for the funding of fire departments and police departments...and, in response to that exercise of the LIBERTY, they were FREE to protect their own homes from any fire danger and to protect themselves from any criminal behavior on the part of other citizens...and celebrate that LIBERTY by spending those unpaid tax dollars on whatever they wanted to. That isn't what happens. Whether you would vote for fire protection in your town or not, you still pay taxes that go to fund fire protection.... kinda like paying for healthcare protection.
And don't kid yourself... if you wanted to plant your rugged individualist flag on some hill and decide to refuse the financial assistance the government can provide for healthcare, no doctor will turn down your stack of Benjamins smacked down on his receptionist's desk in payment for medical treatment. You ALWAYS have the choice to pay for the doctor's costs all by yourself. You have that LIBERTY. Exercise it, if you're really that dead set against all this government intrusion. You still have to pay for it... just like you still have to pay for the fire department, even if you put your own fires out all by yourself.
I'll accept your surrender.Beekeeper » 27 Jan 2023, 7:34 pm » wrote: ↑ Defending his indefensible is hilarious to watch as he wallows around in that pig stye of his own creation!!!
The mintue you cannot defend your ****, you lean into your TDS and start the narrative-screech like the deflecting little coward your mama raised.
This, from an oath violator who defends forcing soldiers to be guinea pigs in contravention of multiple treaties and the U.S. Constitution.maineman » 27 Jan 2023, 7:09 pm » wrote: ↑who was too frightened to serve in harm's way sits back and accuses the entire officer corps of the US Military of violating their oath of office, all I can do, after I spit out my coffee, is laugh my *** off.

You know I spanked you and your stupid "LIBERTY to pay for a fire department" lame excuse for an argument, and all you have in reply is a meme.
You're a **** loser.
Adios Mister Honeypot....
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha
Tell me again how the people decide to exercise their liberty by co-funding the fire department. Does it have to be 100% of the populace that decides to exercise their liberty in that way before the fire department is established? Do people in your town have the liberty to opt out of fire protection? Do they have the opportunity to opt out of having the policeman drive by their house at night and do those people pay less taxes? Or are those decisions made by a majority of citizens present and voting? Like in a ... wait for it... wait for it.... like in a DEMOCRACY???? And is the minority is left with the option to either go along and pay the increased taxes for the fire department or move to some other town without a fire department?Beekeeper » 28 Jan 2023, 7:47 am » wrote: ↑ Give up, did you!!
You know what's so dang funny is that YOU think that your "rights" and "liberty" come FROM government!!.
Whereas the founders of this nation believed that YOUR RIGHTS were inherently yours and that GOVERNMENT could only impose THEIR WILL with the PERMISSION OF THE PEOPLE. In other words, you don't get to form any police of fire department WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE PEOPLE. PERIOD!! NOR can they build roads, or tax or do ANY of the things governments notoriously imposed on the people UNLESS there was CONSENT BY THE PEOPLE to do those things.
Now, mr. mainegrl, run along now that you got SCHOOLED on what the LIBERTIES OF THIS NATION ACTUALLY MEAN, dumbarse!!
You need to polish your READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS, little grl!!maineman » 28 Jan 2023, 8:21 am » wrote: ↑ Tell me again how the people decide to exercise their liberty by co-funding the fire department. So people give their consent, at the town meeting, OR AT THE BALLOT BOX, to create fire departments or public works departments, or police departments, or LEGISLATURES.... that they CONSENT to allow to make all sorts of decisions on their behalf. It's called... wait for it... A REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY. And if the members of that legislature that the people give their consent to don't do things the right way, a majority of the PEOPLE who take the time to vote can vote them out and vote in someone else. And when those people in the LEGISLATURE that the people CONSENTED TO and VOTED FOR write laws and establish bureaucracies, we the people abide by them... like, Social Security, or Medicare, or Obamacare... or the Freedom of Marriage Act. Those programs exist because the majority of the people, acting through their elected representatives, created them. And when those LEGISLATURES that the people CONSENTED TO and A MAJORITY VOTED FOR pass laws that create systems managed by the government, that isn't SOCIALISM, it's DEMOCRACY. And Democracy is rarely, if ever, unanimous... so that means that, when laws are passed, there are always gonna be whiners - like you - who HATE the new health care law, or hate the color of the new police cruisers, for that matter. Tough ****. Majority rules. Don't like it? leave. THAT is how the consent of the people works, ****.
What the ****, Mister Honeypot??? Were you backed up to the glory hole in the boy's room when CIVICS class was being taught?
You cede a portion of your liberty to the Legislature. You authorize them to act on your behalf. That's not socialism, that is representative democracy. And if you are in the minority on any given issue, be it whether or not to form a fire department or whether or not to create and fund a program called Social Security, or Obamacare, it's all still representative democracy at work. You're on the losing side? Tough ****. Just because you lost does not mean that the winners in this majority rule democracy we live in are socialists.Beekeeper » 28 Jan 2023, 8:33 am » wrote: ↑ You need to polish your READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS, little grl!!
I PLAINLY SAID that in order to do ANYTHING by government, you determined to cede a PORTION of your liberty and the examples are- you give up a portion of your right to protect yourself by allowing GOVERNMENT to form police and fire departments!! PERIOD!! THAT is how the PRINCIPLES OF LIBERTY ARE EXERCISED IN THIS NATION.
Now run along before you get your little grly ARSE kicked again!!
Don't use facts on them.maineman » 28 Jan 2023, 8:44 am » wrote: ↑ You cede a portion of your liberty to the Legislature. You authorize them to act on your behalf.
