Ummmm, I think they attacked Ukraine way back during Obama's Administration, and continued the attack under Joe Biden about a year ago.  But, you can check the history books just to factcheck me.

And, as far as announcing the Tank give-away, that was dumb.  And, Joe Biden is dumb.  Again, going to war with anyone while we have a certifiable retard at the helm is NOT a good idea.
