No one can ban ski pants of any type at NASCAR. I find the Rebel flag with the "Don't Tread on Me" slogan to be rather silly.
Grant and Sherman did an excellent job at destroying the farce that was the Confederacy.
The Germans have realized the utter stupidity of Hitler and his Nazis, and make learning about the stupidity and atrocities of the NSDAF part of tyhe school curriculum.
What Herr Adolf called The Master Race" is rather similar to what the racist nut jobs call "American Exceptionalism", we'd be a lot better off if this country did the same with regard to the Confederacy, slavery, segregation and Jim Crow. Critical Race Theory is basically teaching the real history of this country. We should do MORE of it.
The first pic I posted was taken from my camper stall near the exit of turn 4 at Talladega at the Spring 2016 event. Kinda hard to take a pic there at that time without getting a few rebel flags in the shot. But, I am not a snowflake and was not offended. NASCAR banned the flag at all of theirs events in 2020.
The second pic I posted is me in a friends Nascar sanctioned race car , or I should say truck, after taking some hot laps at NASCAR Sanctioned Langley Speedway. In order to drive on the track all NASCAR safety rules must be followed. Ski Pants, particularly gay ski pants, are banned for safety reasons.
Your master race comparison is pretty dumb. The master race refers to one race of people. American Exceptionalism applies to all the races of people who live here.
As far as the Confederacy I don't give a ****. It was a couple of chapters in history class. I'm a yankee and didn't dwell on it.
