If these five officers had been white, they would be charged with 1st degree murder (not 2nd) and most likely been facing Federal hate crime charges as well. If the chief were a white male, his head would be on the block too.

Policing Memphrica is a tough **** job. It's 65% africanized american. Half the population is under 34. It is one of the poorest cities in the country.
