So freeman has no problem with hate and mockery being directed at front line medical workers who put their lives on the line on the front end of this pandemic.  Got it...you are a real first rate, third rate guy.

He could have expressed his gratitude for those workers when put on the spot, and he just wouldn't do it.  What a fine sub-human being we have in freeman.
