When did you Democrats ever STOP with Jim Crow?? Now you use the full force of government to keep the Blacks segregated in government housing, give them a completely sub par education, pay them with welfare which is only a crumb of what real wages would be, and then terrorize them by lying that "Republicans want to take this all away from you" so they will keep voting for you idiots so they can have MORE of the same!!

Sure doesn't sound like you Democrats changed much at all from the slave days.

They are also pushing for segregated housing and classrooms and graduations at universities and colleges. 

The democrats never stopped being racist - they just started blaming others for what they, themselves, are up to. 

A great example is attempts to push spanish only education for the children of immigrants, and encouraging people to believe that "ebonics" is a real language worthy of respect. They know full well that speaking proper english is the avenue to good paying jobs, and depriving immigrants and blacks of proper english is an excellent way to keep them "in their place." 
 
 Just recently they tipped their hand by demanding that blacks without ID proving vax be thrown out of restaurants, while still insisting that making those SAME BLACKS show ID to vote is racist - and this PURELY on the insulting and dishonest premise that blacks are not competent to secure state issued ID.

I certainly agree with you that there were road blocks and that life would likely be different had that unequal treatment not been government policy - mostly in democrat controlled areas, which is still true today. But I have a question. 

Did we not spend hundreds of billions over the past 3 generations giving blacks government set asides, federally guaranteed minority business loans, unearned seats in colleges and universities, employment outreach programs, disproportionate section 8 housing, food stamps, free medical, etc.? 

Correct me if I am wrong, but it appears to me that the things you complain about happening up to the 70s have happened IN REVERSE since then. Do you not agree?

So the question with which we must wrestle is, when is enough enough? Whatever does not get measured does not get managed, and I think we have every right to demand that our government manage the racism it is currently afflicting on whites and asian.

If we are going to right the wrongs, we absolutely must be able to measure our progress in that laudable goal. If we are not seeing results, we have a duty - IF WE ARE GENUINELY TRYING TO RIGHT WRONGS - to tweak and adjust and respond to feedback. 

It seems to me there IS no feedback loop being accessed by the responsible bureaucracies. There IS no attempt to collect and assess pertinent data in order to adjust and improve how we manage the reparations which have been underway for the past half century. And if I am right in THAT, then I am not njustified in suspecting that the politicians who pretend to advocate for blacks are not honest brokers. They are poverty pimps, and without poverty they have nothing to pimp - and so it is in their interests to design the "reparations" in such a way as to have no good effect. 

Clinton restructered welfare in a manner to deliberately cause interruptions in benefits about once every 8 months, keeping recipients desperate and preventing them from ever building a launch pad to better themselves. What you have proposed is "the problem." And you propose it in such a way as to defend, at least implicitely, "the solution." But the "solution" is starting to need rogaine and poly grip and blue pills, and the condition of black folks is little improved from when the "solution" first began to be implemented.
