I feel the same way about original sin.

And Christ said "let he who is without sin, cast forth the first stone".

Obviously, if my ancestors were slaves and yours were oligarchs, I am going to have a huge advantage over you. And a massive head start on accumulation of wealth/status.

like how black folks that served in the wars were denied getting the GI  bill money …

 it was left up to the states to  distribute it, wonder how that went in the south?, or much of the north for that matter 

how different would black life in America be today if they were allowed to buy houses and go to college like the  white GIs did?

the government is still alive today

You said it was a form of reparations.  Reparations is defined as "the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged."  Therefore, to support your claim, you need to provide a link to a Christian organization seeking money or assistance from someone else or the government.
