WHATEVER the conspiracy guys want to speculate Occam's Razor seems to get in the way.
-They have satellites, too.
-They have more spies and opportunities here than nearly any other country.
-Bioweapon or dirty bomb? Why leave behind clear evidence of who sent the ****?
