Suing ain't winning, and Kyle is lawyered up with some of the best. His camp knew this would come.
I hope everyone that files a civil suit gets charged for intentionally abusing the legal system. and what ever their frivolous suit was asking for they have to pay on the national debt principle since they are wasting tax revenues to municipality, state, federal courts used against fellow citizens for political social revenge.

hell of a tort reform idea isn't it? bet no legislator ever proposes it as law and order.

Oh the lawyers filing those frivolous suits get disbarred from every state in the USA jurisdiction. Opps there goes Morgan and Morgan out of business. nation's largest ambulance chasers doing it to the people suing taxed funded businesses.

You know, Police brutatily and stuff like that. That firm was behind legalized pot in all 50 states.

The people who came across state lines to cause mischief by rioting and burning and looting and attempting to murder a teenager were the ones looking for trouble.

The one whose arm Kyle evaporated had an illegal weapon that he had carried across state lines.

Kyle had a LEGAL weapon that had never crossed state lines.

But these jackasses get their reality from MSNBC.
"Kyle Rittenhouse, who is on trial for murder, testified in court that he drove himself from his residence in Antioch, Illinois, to Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Aug. 24, 2020..."

"According to court testimony and police records, the AR-15 style rifle that he says he used in self-defense during confrontations with the men had been stored at a friend’s house in Kenosha and was not with him in the car when he made the roughly 20-mile drive to Wisconsin from his home state."

Regardless...Kyle had as much right to be there as anyone else.

why do you ignore how the rule of law is weaponized against the citizens it was legislated to protect? that is only done from the inside out. chain of command down each generation. Each reality present

He was there because he lived there.

Most of us have lived in a bedroom community on the outskirts of a city. We still identified the big city as our city, our home. Many of us have lived in cities that are in two states - and these cities ALSO have bedroom communities, on both sides of the state line.

Take Texarkana. If you live in Texarkana, the state line isn't a thing. It's your city - you live there. Your Arkansas driver's license doesn't mean the Texas side is not your town. If you live down in Louisiana just about a mile out of Texarkana, you are still going to identify Texarkana as your home.

Had these subhumans attacked Texarkana, they'd have met defenders from THREE states - and every **** one of those defenders would have been from Texarkana, defending his home. Some parsing, niggling *** on the news spewing jism about state lines would mean nothing to men of character, who refuse to grant liars an inch.

I will not play along with lawyering a man out of his **** home, just because that narrative suits my enemies. You ought not to, either.

Kyle Rittenhouse is from Kenosha, WI.

Kyle DID sleep in a bedroom community across the state line.

He was from Kenosha, defending his home city - the city where his dad lived, the city where he went to school, the city where his Christmas presents came from, the city where his mom's sams club store was located. It was his home. The thugs who came to destroy his home were not from Kenosha - or even from Wisconsin. The *** who got his arm liquified was from another state, and illegally travelled with a gun across state lines.

I'm saying it's where he grew up, where his dad lived, where his local sams store and his local costco were. State lines don't mean **** when you live right on them. Ask the folks in Texarkana if they feel obligated to sit out **** that's happening across the line. Ask the folks in that corner of Louisianna if they feel compelled to let their city burn, just because of their zip code or their driver's license. It's THEIR city. They LIVE there. The buy their children's Christmas presents there - their car's tires there. They eat their lunch there and go to the movies there. When the marauders go, THEY have to help put it back together.

I have never ONCE, in my life, identified myself as being from North Las Vegas. I lived literally a block across the line - paid lower real estate taxes as a result. When people axed me where I was from, I did not say NORTH Las Vegas. I said I'm from **** Vegas - same thing I'd have said if I were from Henderson or Winchester or Sunrise Manor or Paradise. It's a **** joke to pretend a man's city isn't his city over a zip code. OR a state line. Ask the folks in Kansas City MO if the folks in Kansas City Kansas don't share a city with them.

They share an metropolitan area, but they do NOT share a city. Kansas City MO and Kansas City KS are separate political jurisdictions. One cannot vote in MO if one resides in KS.Nor can one vote in KS if one lives in MO. The laws are different in each city and each state.

The looters and burners even LESS shared that city.

Quibble qubble, little niggler. You cannot show the boy breaking any laws. You CAN see the boy being assaulted in each and every instance in a manner calculated to cause grievous bodily harm or death.

Kyle had a spotless record. The criminals had serious records to a man - some of them just **** horrid. The (now) one armed man had a gun, and he possessed that gun illegally, and transported it across state lines - a thing you considered shriek-worthy when your media lied that Kyle had done it. Image Image

The gunman backed away from Kyle when he saw that Kyle - WHOM HE HAD CHASED DOWN, GUN IN HAND, AS PART OF A LYNCH MOB - had the better position. And then he tried to get the drop on Kyle, pointing the gun at Kyle to take a shot - he admitted as much on the stand, faced with the video showing him doing precisely that. Kyle shot in clear self-defense. He HAD a clean shot before the guy threw down on him - he did not take it. He clearly did not WANT to shoot. In each case, the boy shot in self defense. The jury - sorry, the 12 alt right racist klan members, you cult victim - said as much with their expeditious verdict of innocent.

The criminal riff raff were from MUCH farther away than was Kyle - since YOU are making an issue of provenance. They did not shop at his Sams store. They did not have a dad who lived in Kenosha. They had no childhood memories there. Their christmas presents were not purchased there. Their tires and lunches were not purchased there. They did not work in the city, as Kyle did. They had no sense of community with that city.

Yet you choose the violent foreign 30-plus year old criminals over a local teen with a spotless record idealistically standing up for his city. You suck. You are a cult-ruined freak.

So are Texarkana TX and Texarkana AR and the Northwest corner of LA - but they all have a common stake in the welfare of their city, quibbling cultist.

Truth be told, Rittenhouse should join Huber senior in suing the city leaders for allowing to hooligans to destroy the town and creating the scenario in the first place.

If the authorities had squashed the **** in the first few hours of the first night, the events of the third night would have never occurred.
