I have. Had one living under the same roof for the better part of a decade.

He's still close by and comes to visit from time to time, but thank God he's not living here anymore.

There is no cure for narcissism. Meds don't work. Therapy has a very low success rate. The only thing left to do is to humiliate them for our enjoyment.

Oh definitely. I have deliberately ignored him for 2 to 3 weeks, a few times. He goes ape ****. He tags/quotes me incessantly during those times. I never once bite. That's also why I don't answer his questions, because he doesn't answer questions. As you personally have noticed. He asks incessant questions because the one who asks the questions is the one who has the power. I deny him of that power, and it pisses him off.
