that revenues vs paying dividends ratio. Bank isn't making money while paying those lending their savings for the bank to operate transferring funds for everyone.

But I am joining a Credit Union now. Why?

So I can tap them for a personal loan, Get a VISA credit card, and best of all do Reverse Mortgages for them! It's WIN, WIN, WIN all the way around!

I don't think they will do a reverse mortgage on a single wide, but you can try.

Its not for me! So I can sell them thru their bank; like marketing. Which i did for 8 years as a Cal Licensed loan officer. It really helps seniors out.

What I've noticed of late in advertising is that all the couples are either bi-racial or gay. The bi-racial couples are almost always black guy/white girl, and the gay couples are almost always two guys.

If the ad has a group of friends hanging out, there is almost always one asian and one or two black folks and a lone white girl in the mix. If there is a white guy in the group, he's usually the one doing something stupid or is the butt of the joke.

To be such a small segment of society, those gay folks sure have strong representation in advertising these days because at least every other ad either features a lesbian or queer couple somewhere in the mix.

It's definitely noticable.

I've also noticed many new poorly made/written/acted movies churned out which portray the town's white Sheriff as the bad guy, or even a drug kingpin, usually in a hayseed atmosphere. Pushing the anti-cop, anti-white, anti-country, anti-conservative agenda. 
Hillary called me a "Deplorable." So I have to act the part...proudly, every time I leave my basket. She axed for it, she gets it. Yo.

I bank very locally.  I like to deal with decision-makers and not corporate layers.  I like to be able to make a call and say, "This is what I want to do, am I covered."  Bryant Bank meets that requirement.
