The south was not an industrial economy like you indicated.  It was completely agrarian.  Nothing in today's USA was built on the backs of slaves.  Nothing.

I don't know what else to say, except that you are wrong. I have already made my case, I really don't want to prove it any more by saying the same thing, over and over.

When things cannot be disproven by reasonable doubt, the other side of that is there is no proof beyond a shadow of doubt either. Two sides of grey between daylight and night which is basically which side of the rotating planet is facing the star or the universe beyond its solar system. Dawn and dusk serve event horizons to two separate geographical sides of a revolving 3rd rock from the sun position.

Dawn is the leading edge moving counterclockwise around the star by northern hemisphere peception relative to clockwise from its opposite southern half.

Now let's play leapfrog with solstices and equinoxes next being opposite seasons each same rotation revolving around the star same 3rd planet all the time.

Simple compounding series parallel results never same total sum again. I haven't even got into genetics yet. Just periodic elements forming all this universal **** never exceeding taking place here, evolving process doesn't change and all things evolved never happen again.
