Wait a minute...he is a Harvard Grad and a Rhodes Scholar and the best he could do was Lieutenant?  You show up to work on time and keep  your shoes tied and that is an automatic promotion.

It's simple. You pull permits from the railroad until it is all cleared up and the people are compensated.

I would assume that it would have something to do with combustion and a link with an oxygen molecule. Also, he wasn't a good mayor of South Bend. He just walks on water because of his orientation.

Since you are not good at critical analysis, I will assist you.

• During the accident, 38 rail cars derailed
• An additional 12 cars were damaged by fire according to  the National Transportation Safety Board
• Of the 20 hazardous material cars in the train, half derailed, the company said. 
• Five of those cars were carrying vinyl chloride, a gas used to make plastic.

Deductive reasoning and critical analysis says that there are at least another 5 cars carrying unspecified hazardous materials which also derailed.  Therefore, logic says that you are only getting half the story when they tell you about the cars containing Vinyl Chloride.  The other burning chemicals haven't been identified. 

Now, was that really very difficult, Xavier?
